Best Buy contracted us to work with them in building a brand identity website which would allow them to present their brand guidelines and brand assets to any parties working with the Best Buy brand - while keeping the site itself inline with the brand guidelines.
The site requirements included a content management system (CMS), blogging platform, and ease of use. Since the client was already somewhat familiar with the WordPress platform - this is what we chose to build the site with.
After we finalized all page designs, and had the xhtml/css ready to go, we contracted Minneapolis-based developer Garrick Van Buren to take care of the heavy lifting in WordPress. His work speaks for itself.
As a testament to the success of the original requirements - the client has edited content and added content on nearly every page of the site since we handed over the keys. The site is running smooth, and the client is very pleased!
